Industrial Drying Machine Introduction：

Industrial drying machine or industrial dryer is commonly used in dressing, metallurgy, construction, road, etc. There are many kinds of industrial dry mining equipments, such as three-cylinder dryer, river sand dryer, rotary dryer, etc. The coal consumption and power consumption of industrial dryer machine is lower 10-15% than that of ordinary industrial dryer, while the productivity is higher 10-15% than that of ordinary industrial dryer.

Industrial dryer is a type of drying machine which is mainly used for drying the materials with a certain humidity and granularity in ore beneficiation, building material, metallurgy, chemistry and other departments. Rotary dryer machine is a commonly used industrial dryer.

Industrial dryer or industrial drying machine is mainly composed of rotary part, lifting board, transmission part, supporting part and seal ring. The industrial dryer machine produced by our company uses new lifting board with many functions of guiding, current sharing and material lifting, and the materials can be comprehensively distributed on the radial sections of the dryer machine and the material curtain is in the thin, average and full state and the materials can fully contact the hot air, thus achieving the aim of making full use of the heat.

Industrial Drying Machine Working Principle：

The air sucked by the exhaust fan into the dryer gets heated through the heat exchanger; the wet materials inside the rotary dyer drum are turned over and over to change heat with the hot air. Then the moisture of the fabric is vaporized and ejected out from the dryer, so materials can be dried within a short time.
