Application of RPS-L11M Radio Probe System
RPS-L11 is for workpiece inspection and job set-up on multi-tasking machines and lathes.
PRS-L11 often used in turning machine to measure workpiece and set datum point.
It provide automated on-machine measurement of component position and alignment. Set up faster, improve quality and reduce scrap.
Technical Characteristics of RPS-L11M Radio Probe System
The stylus connector of TP200 probe is protected by a metal cover and a rubber seal cover;
Switch on/off method of RPD/RPDM radio signal emitter: M code on/off;
Radio code signals are used to transmit information between RPD/RPDM radio signal emitter and the receiver. The time to transmit and to decode a group of signals is less than 1ms;
Globally recognised 2.4 GHz waveband – compliant with radio regulations in all major markets.
The RSI-20 receiver out put trigger、error、probe batteries low and output pulse four kinds of signals. And it's logical state can change normally closed and normally open.
The indicating lights in RSI-20 and RPDM show the working status of the probe system
