The second method of hepes buffer use usually takes 99 milliliters of culture solution before use, and then adds 1 milliliter of stock solution. At this time, the application concentration of this
solution is still 10 mmol/L. Dissolve 23.8g of HEPES in 90ml of double-distilled water, adjust the pH to 7.5 to 8.0 with 1N sodium hydroxide, start to dilute to 100ml with water, filter and
sterilize, divide into 2ml vials, and store at 4°C or -20 °C. This is how a 1 mol/L (100 x) HEPES stock solution is formulated.
