Features of ZJ series slurry pump

ZJ slurry pump is a series of horizontal slurry pumps. It is an axial suction single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump.

The pump head part of ZJ type slurry pump consists of outer pump casing, flow parts and shaft seal device. The pump head and bracket are connected with bolts, and the outlet direction of the pump can be installed at eight different angles at 45-degree intervals according to site needs.

ZJ type slurry pump has a double pump shell structure. The outer shell is a pump body and cover made of cast iron. The inner shell is also called a sheath or volute. It is one of the flow parts and is made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy. Also called A05, Chromium 26. There is a front guard plate and a rear guard plate inside the sheath. They are also the flow parts of the slurry, and the material is also wear-resistant high chromium alloy. Inside is the impeller, the soul accessory of the slurry pump. Of course, it is also a flow-passing part, and its material is the same wear-resistant high-chromium alloy as other flow-passing parts.

The impeller of ZJ type slurry pump is composed of front cover plate, rear cover plate, blade and back blade. The leaves are twisted and usually have 5 leaves. The back impeller is distributed on the outside of the front cover and rear cover, and usually has more main blades than the main blades. The impeller and shaft are connected by threads. Therefore, our slurry pump is not allowed to be reversed. Once it is reversed, the impeller will loosen or fall off, and even cause damage to the slurry pump.
