ZJ slurry pumps are made of several materials

The ZJ series slurry pump is also the most common slurry pump nowadays. It is a single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal horizontal slurry pump. This series of slurry pumps are divided into various specifications according to the outlet size: 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc. Each specification is divided into multiple models according to the impeller diameter. Its characteristic is that the lift can be changed by cutting the impeller, thereby achieving direct transmission with the motor. Its lift can reach the pressure that the AH series slurry pump cannot reach. Generally, ZJ series slurry pumps are mostly used in high-lift sites.

The ZJ series slurry pump also has a double pump shell structure, and its shell is generally made of cast iron.

Most of the flow-passing parts are made of high-chromium alloy A05. This material is characterized by wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is mainly used to transport slurries containing particulate matter.

The shaft is 45# steel.
