The Bitumen Needle Penetrometer is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T269 “Test Methods for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease”, GB/T4509 “Test Methods for Needle Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt”, and the Industry Standard T0604 “Asphalt Penetration Test”. The Bitumen Needle Penetrometer is suitable to determine penetration of petroleum asphalt, asphalt, and lubricating grease. The Bitumen Needle Penetrometer can also be used for solid granule, powder, colloid, and other materials test, as well as cream, glycine, butter, fermentation, and other food inspection. The Bitumen Needle Penetrometer has been widely used in the food, highway construction, and other industries.
