Liquid life casting silicone rubber is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A and part B. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability.
The mixing ratio is 1:1 or 1:1,mainly be suitable for making molds for adult sex toys, it’s FOOD GRADE silicone rubber.

Attn: The cure time can be 5-10 minutes by heating the temperature.

Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums, Part A and B need to be packed respectively. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 25kg/drum, or 200kg/drum.
2. Please keep the material in a cool and dry place. Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid. Otherwise, the catalyst will be poisoned, then the silicone can not be cured or just partially cured.
3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG. The shelf life is 18 months from the date of production. And is still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.

3. Products exceed the storage life should be confirmed normal before using.
Operation way of electronic potting compound silicone rubber:
1.Put part A and part B in separate container with equal dosage and stir evenly when mixing the two parts together.
2. Put the mixture into the vacuum machine under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.
3. The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.
