HZS series stationary concrete batching plant is a full set of equipment used to produce plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, etc. HZS series stationary concrete batching plant is widely used in big or medium building projects, road and bridges projects, precast concrete plants, etc. It is an ideal choice for producing commercial concrete.

HZS series stationary concrete batching plant has two feeding methods. One is hopper type, it is used for lower than 50m3 per hour output production. The other is belt type, it is often used for higher than 60m3 per hour output production. We can also do the HZS series stationary concrete batching plant as customer’s requirement.

For export, we adopt full automatic control system for our stationary concrete mixing plant. It is PC+PLC control, which can vividly display the production process on the screen, so that the operator can monitor in real time

Main parts of the HZS series stationary concrete batching plant

Stationary concrete batching plant mainly includes the following parts: concrete mixing system, aggregate batching and weighing system, cement silo, screw conveyor, full automatic control system, etc.

1.Control system:It is widely used to transport various powdery, granular, small block bulk materials, such as cement, fly ash, clay power, etc. Not suitable for the materials with big viscosity, easy to clump or degrade.

2. Weighing system: including aggregate weighing system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, additive weighing system (optional)

3. Aggregate batching system: Adopting electric weighing, computer control, digital display, remote control, and has the advantage of accurate weighing , high precision batching, high efficiency, strong control performance, etc. it is very easy to operate, just need to press a button every time

4. Mixing system: choosing the spiral mixing system , which has high efficiency , scale board and mixing blades adopts high-rigidity and high tenacity wearable case alloy steel, to prolong the working life.
