Brief introduction of screw conveyor

LSY screw conveyor is a kind of equipment, which make use of rotating helical blade continuously to push materials in a sealing circular cross section and with compact structure, small cross section, low weight, good sealing performance, high conveying efficiency, flexible process arrangement, convenient assembly, movement and safe operation. It is acceptable for conveying various dusty, grainy, small lumpy bulk materials such as clay powder, coal dust, sand, grain, small coal, pebbles and cast iron shavings etc. while isn't suitable for conveying big-viscosity, easy-caking and metamorphic materials. The screw conveyor is divided into horizontal, inclined and combined type according to configured method and can be used with other conveying devices together to finish working such as concentrated transportation, respectively conveying mixing, mixing, dewatering, discharging and stacking. The machine is specially suitable for conveying bulk cement from cement warehouse to mixer plant or from cement warehouse to batching machine in concrete mixing station.
