Poles Press Brake

This kind of cnc hydraulic tandem press brake is used for making steel poles with long length.

1 The frame of machine is composed of oiltank, worktable, left and right housings and ram. So it has high strength and good rigidity. Also it takes vibration to eliminate stress.

2. Electro-hydraulic servo system and closed loop controls ram running with good accuracy

3. Synchronization of single machine:Bosch servo valve, Linear scale and cnc computer used as close loop system. When the ram moves,right and left side linear scale will inspect the move positions of both cylinder and feed back the signal to cnc computer,then the computer will control the bosh serve valve to adjust speed of both cylinders to make sure the ram with good parallelism of the ram with good accuracy.

4. Synchronization of tamdem machines: there is one synchronization electric board used between two singles machines to make sure good parallelism of both machines.

5.Through computer, the operator could communicate with machine. The computer has several service language, calculate and adjust the bending force automatically. Also it could calculate and control the dead point, speed changing point. The strokes (Y1, Y2) of ram could make a small till to meet the special requirement of user.

6.Worktable compensation unit is adopted to make up for deflection of machine when working to make sure the precision of work piece.
