Closed loop control system is composed of CNC controller and the encoder.CNC controller has the automatic function of inspection of inspection and compensation.the parallelism of the sheet to be cut off and the precision of the shear size can be ensured.The cutting stroke and cutting times could be controlled also. The cutting times can be displayed on a digital displayer,and the stroke of top blades could be adjusted steplessly.Also,the adjustment of the gap between tools can be showed on a indicating dial. The front feeding system adopts rolling ball screw,rolling guiding way and pneumatic clamping unit.The feeding precision can reach±0.10mm. Protective fence and the safety interlocker to ensure the operation safety.
