Application:
Metal briquette machine is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal chips (max. length 40 mm) into high density briquettes (cylinders). metal briquette machine is good for briquetting of cast iron powder, crushed steel turnings, aluminum swarf, copper milling chips, all sorts of metal sawdust, particles, chips & fins, and metal cans shredded to small pieces (smaller than 40 mm). metal briquette machine is NOT SUITABLE for: wood sawdust, coir fibre, biomass material.
Features:
1. Robust machine of solid structure, special alloy for press mould liners.
2. Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).
3. Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.
4. Hydraulic drive, Mitsubishi PLC operation.
5. Feeding conveyor & vibrating motor are optional for charging of material.
