Objectify Hugga Kid's Chair

The Hugga is a unique multi-functional table and chair for children. It was initially designed as a chair by Vanilla co-owner Brent Wilson for his young son, Quinn. He noticed Quinn was flipping it over to also use it as a table to eat at and draw on. From there it was pushed to the end of a sofa one day and was quickly adopted as an end table for hot drinks, magazines and snacks. With help from Otago Polytechnic Design School graduate Joel Broad the design was refined and Joel observed it made sense to make them nestable so two could be arranged together in the middle of the living room, ready for one to be flipped over for use as a desk and chair.AssemblyThe Hugga come flat packed ready for easy assembly using the included sachet of glue. Hugga is made from sustainably produced New Zealand Pine plywood and New Zealand Pine rods. The fabric covered closed cell foam wrap secures to the frame with velcro, providing comfortable cushioning and making it easy to remove the cover for spot cleaning or to change the wrap for another design or colour.FabricCharade is a hard-wearing fabric that is easy to maintain. It is highly resistant to ultraviolet rays, is anti-static and non-allergenic and inherently mildew, rot and mothproof. Kids are able to get a gentle rocking motion if they want. Great for watching TV in.Child's table - place the Hugga on its side and its perfect for young children to sit at while they eat, draw or paint. Reminiscent of old school desks with a wrap-around style and works well with another Hugga for a matching chair.End table- the "L" shape wraps nicely around the end of any sofa to provide a convenient table when space is at a premium - much safer and more stable than placing hot drinks on the arms of the sofa!Coffee table - by nesting two tables together in a "ying/yang" configuration they provide a larger space to use as a coffee table in your living room.Dimensions410mm wide x 550mm high x 475mm deep
