Through the electroanalysis cleaning, the panel get into the annealing furnaces to get annealed, and then dipped in the galvanizing boiler to be hot dipped, finally, we get the final products by the ways of passivation, Surface Finishing, horizontal Drawing-straightening and rolling. The specification of the products are as follows, the thickness is from 0.2-1.2mm, the width is from 800-1250mm,the inner diameter of each coil is from 508 to 610mm, the outside diameter is from 1,700mm to 2,100 mm, the weight of the single coil is from 3-10t.The speed in line is 120m/min. We can supply all kinds of excellent products, which are made from different material and in different process conditions, to such merchandise as the building material, civilian usage, auto panel, the surface panelof the air-condition, and so on.
