The TARIS (tar-ish) and KIRLANGIC (kir-lang-itch) brands are very popular in Turkey and surrounding European-African-Asian countries, and are synonymous with quality, consistency and value. All products are farmed, picked, processed and packaged in the region surrounding the city of Izmir, on the Aegean Sea. The area is renowned for having the perfect soil and climate to produce the finest olives, as well as the best processing technologies and facilities for extracting oils and other byproducts. The Taris Organic EVOO is the only Turkish oil to be certified by the International Organic Product Regulatory Organization (ECOCERT). It has a maximum acidity of .8%, and is certified Kosher. Our product is bottled in artisanal primula-styled green glass and each bottle is packed in a rustic corrugated carton, making it ready to gift for any occasion.The flavor is incomparable.
