Full Cream Milk Powder Gas Flushed

Colun?s whole milk powder gas flushed isobtained from pasteurized natural milk which is dehydrated by Spray system.  The result of this process is a white cream -light yellow color powder, with pleasant odor and flavor.  Its reconstitution characteristics depend on whether lecithin is added or not.  The gas flush permits a shelf life of 18 months.
