HY-FLF-D Motorized Aluminum-alloy Air Damper
1. The blade is made of high-strength aluminum alloy of wing-shaped profiles. The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles. It is elegant appearance and good anti-corrosion.
2. Engineering plastic gear is used for twirling among blades, and it is anti-corrosion and wear-resistant.
3. The gear is hidden in the aluminum-alloy frame where is difficult for dust accumulated and other particles entry. So the gear is protected and that it can be switched flexibly and reliably.
4. The seal of damper is with temperature-resisting rubber, so it is low leakage.
5. The effective height of damper should be increased and/or decreased according to the blade modules, which is 100*N+10 mm (N is the number of blade).
6. Driving mode: manual and motor-driven.
7. Working environment temperature: -40°C~80°C.

9. The Max. allowed static pressure is related with effective width. The following diagram is for Max. allowed static pressure. Ordinarily, if the effective width >1250m, it should be with combined damper structure.
