Micro-perforated Plate Sound Attenuator

1. It is in fact a kind of resonance muffler, with all-metal dual-chamber type structure, using micro orifice plate as sound-absorbing components. Effective for silence frequency bandwidth (especial for low frequency) because of small aperture, low aperture ratio, large cavity and acoustic resistance.

2. It uses double layer micro orifice plate with different punching rate, composes two cavity with different thickness, stagger the resonance frequency of two-layer to get better effective in silence frequency bandwidth.
3. It has feature of bearable the impact of high temperature airflow, damp-proof, fireproof, anti-corrosive and no dust during work. Applicable for the ventilating duct with cleanliness requirements.
4. Unit section length is 2m, airflow velocity <16m/s, resistance loss is small and resistance valueζ≤0.4, silencer volume: low frequency 12~25dB, intermediate frequency 25~30dB.
5. Except XWK-I, there is sound-absorbing baffles in the channel of model II, III, IV which can improve the effective of silencing. Its length is 2m.
