Features and Application

1-- It is consists of mold pressing axial-flow impeller, built-in heat-resistant motor (equipped with specialized cooling system), rain-proof hood and waterproof base. It has the advantages, such as: high performance of heat-resistant, high efficiency, small volume, and easy to install, etc.

2-- Use double speed motor and direct connection drive, reach the effect of one machine dual use (In usual, its function is ventilation of supply air and exhaust air; In fire situation, its function is exhaust smoke of high temperature). It can be Auto. Remote controlled after equipping with electric cabinet.

3-- According to the Public Safety Industry Standards of GA 211-1999 < High temperature-resistant test methods for fire fan in smoke-venting system>, it can be continuous running more than 100 minutes under the condition of high temperature 400℃ and continuous running 20 hours/time without damaged under the condition of medium temperature 100℃. It is recognized by fire department the whole country to use in the exhaust ventilation site of rooftop type.

4-- It has unique structure: there is no direct contact between gas and motor and it is equipped with a specialized cooling system. It is the rooftop fan of heat-resistant, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof. It is used in the industrial site of high-temperature and high-humidity for roof ventilation, such as: electricity system, oil industry, chemical industry and metallurgical industry.

1. The foundation height of rooftop fan should ≥250mm, M: Fixed bolt hole (For user reference only), generally no punching when goods leaving factory.

2. ”C” in the drawing above is for reference when the fan is with adjustable ventilation door, generally the fire protection rooftop fan is without adjustable ventilation door.
