Introduction and Features of stripper rings :

Spacers are introduced not only to keep a certain clearance between blades but also as a kind of way to adjust the horizontal gap between the upper and lower blades.

Rubber Sleeves:We are able to ,upon your request , fit rubber sleeves on outside diameter ,which in that case will prevent from scratch .Such natural rubbers as nitrile ,polyurethane, after Hardening ,are chosen to make those rubber sleeves ,that IRHD:75-85.

Aluminium Spacers:To make them lighter, we are able to make aluminium (AL7075) spacers.

1,Thickness commonly applicable ranges from 0.9mm to 100mm,.

2,Hardness 47±2HRc

3,The tolerance on thickness is also within 0.003mm/mt.
