E Rod Push Elevator

Description

It is a lifting system developed and mounted by my company(Anruier machinery) It is driven by an electric motor to push the antenna up and down through the chain. The elevator is mainly composed of driving combination, high-precision track combination, lifting platform, fixed platform combination, control system and manual device. It has high performance to price ratio and extensibility.

The characteristics are as follows

1. Safety and self-locked: it has absolute self-locking function using trapezoidal screw drive, operation will be much more safety.

2. Automated-manual in one: it can keep a 15 minutes normal use with power failure by a manual equipment.

3. Synchronization: the single deceleration motor drives multiple push rods by mechanical coupling to achieve synchronous lifting.

5. Speed adjustable: variable speed motor and frequency converter can be configured to make the lifting speed adjustable.

6. Anti-misoperation : the upper and lower connection joints are equipped with anti-misoperation devices, which can prevent the unnecessary damage to the equipments lead by the forgotten locking nuts.

7. Status memory: status memory function will be available according to the requirements of customers.

8. Protection grade is high: the electric push rod is equipped with double seals to protect cylinder against dust and grease and the protection grade can reach IP55, IP56, it can work for a long time in the complex and bad environment ,maintenance-free .

9. Others: mechanism is ingenious and smart designed, the parts can be freely disassembled, the installation and maintenance are very convenient, the environmental adaptability meets the requirements of military industry standard, and the parts are universality and standardization.
