Purpose
This chamber is equipped with fluorescent UV lamp which can completely simulate the UV spectra of sunlight, thus to simulate materials in discoloration and decline of brightness and strength with devices for temperature control and humidification. The UV spectra may cause impairments like cracking, flaking off, pulverization and oxidation, as well as factors such as high temperature, high humidity, condensation and darkening period. Meanwhile, with the coordination between UV-light and humidity, single light capacity and moisture capacity would be weakened or deactivated in the chamber, which can be widely used for evaluating the weatherability of products.
Main Features
The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance to multiple standard codes, such as ISO 11507/4892-3 and NE 927-6, which serves as the standard of technical indicators.
1、UV is designed for users’ part, with easy-operation and high-security.
2、 Ordinary tap water is available for QUV original condenser system.
3、 Water heater is beneath the vessel in stead of being submerged in water, which contributes to convenient-maintenance.
4、 Water-level controller is set outside the QUV for easier monitoring.
5、 With trundles (standard fitting) beneath the machine, movement is facilitated.
6、 Convenient to program; automatic alarm for misuse and fault.
7、 Controlling of light irradiance, spray pumping and condensing can be implemented..

9、 UV condensing unit can reach up to 100% humidity by simulating the influence of outdoor humidity.
10、Accurate temperature can be measured by blackboard temperature sensor, of which the test results can be repeated.
11、Humidity, condensation and water spraying can be tested constantly and circularly.
